In the daily management process of the security unit, some contradictions will inevitably arise within the unit. How can the team leader coordinate and resolve the contradictions? The author believes that we should start from the following aspects:

First, seek "harmony". In the process of handling conflicts, the team leader should face the security guards with different backgrounds, different experiences, and different personalities, and should make every effort to seek common ground while reserving differences and resolve conflicts. Finding out the similarities and flash points of the team members, in the goal of "seeking harmony and promoting development", be good to others and convince others by reason. This is the first principle and starting point for conflict management.

Second, stand for "public". Most of the internal conflicts between people are the contradictions between people. As the leader of the unit, in the process of dealing with conflicts, we must adhere to the principles of openness and fairness, do not show favoritism, do not protect shortcomings, and do not rely on hearsay.

3. Seek "sincerity" in attitude. In the process of dealing with contradictions, we must always adhere to a sincere attitude to resolve the problem, learn to think differently, and understand the difficulties of both parties to the contradiction. Pay attention to treating people with sincerity and turning the spring breeze into rain, so that after listening to the contradictory parties, they can think and be inspired, and closer the relationship with the team members, so that they can truly be sincere and convincing, and resolve the conflicts.

Fifth, seek "exact" questions. We must be good at finding and grasping the major contradictions in time, selecting breakthroughs, finding the key points between the two parties to the contradiction, pinpointing the main aspects that lead to the contradiction, and grasping the sudden nature of the problem and contradiction.

Six, the method seeks "live". General problems should be resolved in a timely manner; special problems should be investigated and researched to resolve them. Big problems are reduced to small problems, which are simplified step by step, and better solutions are found, so that the contradictions can be reduced, the problems can be reduced, and the major problems can be reduced and small problems can be eliminated.
