       1. Serve others with morality: Managers educate team members by influencing others through their noble morals and excellent qualities. Managers at all levels should strengthen their own learning and self-cultivation, so as to convince people with moral character and ability.
        1. Have firm organizational discipline. Be fair in doing things, consciously put the company's interests above personal interests, establish a sense of the overall situation, do not care too much about your own interests, and achieve "low-profile behavior, high standards of work."        Third, with emotional people: that is, caring for security guards, creating an environment for retaining people. The object of management is living people, who love and care for security guards, do good deeds and do practical things for them, which can bring unexpected good results.
       1. Be sincere about caring for them, and the urgent needs of the team members. Only with sincere care can managers gain the understanding and support of the majority of team members, build a deep relationship with each other, and have a common goal and pursuit, and improve team cohesion. At the same time, we must understand the needs of the majority of security personnel, fully respect their personality and opinions, and strive for the understanding and support of the majority of team members.
       2. Treat security guards from all corners of the country equally, and do not make use of the relationship between fellows to engage in special or separation of relatives. Managers should be familiar with the education level, work situation, and ideological dynamics of team members, conduct emotional counseling for them in a timely manner, take the initiative to make friends with security officers, organize cultural and recreational activities in a timely manner, and draw closer relationships with team members.
